How to Have Healthy Strong Hair

Hi girls keeping your hair strong and healthy is not very difficult if you pay proper attention to just a few important things that are listed below :

1. Regular Nourishing or Conditioning :

Similar to your skin your hair also need proper nourishment and conditioning. Make sure to apply hair oil at bed time at night with your favorite oil. If you have lice in hair apply neem oil mixed with
few drops of tea tree oil. You can apply coconut oil or mustard oil as well. Keeping oil in hair for whole night makes hair roots strong and act like a food for your scalp. You can also apply it two hours before washing your hair if you don’t want to keep it whole night. You can also condition your hair with natural conditioners weekly or two times a week. The Most effective natural conditioners are : Yoghurt, Banana Mask with Honey and lemon, Onion Juice, Egg etc. You can also condition your hair with hair conditioners available in market. 2. Diet :

Our diet also plays a major role in deciding the quality of hair. If you don’t have enough vitamins and proteins
in your diet required for your hair don’t expect your hair to be healthy. A protein rich diet is must to have healthy
growing hair. Because our hair is made of dead protein in our body. So make sure you had protein rich food on a regular
basis. Some example of vitamins good for hair are Vitamin C, B vitamins such as Biotin (Vitamin B7 or Vitamin H) and
Niacin (Vitamin B3) have been shown to be essential vitamins for hair growth. Foods that are rich in Protein are

  • Eggs.
  • Whole eggs.

3. Hair care:

How u treat  your hair makes a huge impact on the thing how your hair looks. If you treat them harshly and rudely they will get damaged very soon. Keep in mind a few things listed below if you want a good looking healthy hair

  • Don’t Tie hair too Tight with rubber band
  • Don’t comb your hair when they are wet
  • Don’t wash your hair with hot water
  • Don’t use hair drier on a daily bases
  • Don’t rub them harshly with towel after washing your hair
  • Don’t use curlers and hot irons straighteners frequently on your hair

4. Hair coloring :

A big drawback of coloring hair is that all the hair coloring products have a lot of harsh chemicals in them which makes your new hair growth grey or white. So it is good if you don’t apply color in  your hair very frequently. One more option for coloring hair is natural henna available in market. It gives a very good color to black hair but not very suitable for grey or white hair because it make them red. So if you have black hair you can consider applying henna paste on them. Once you apply you will see your hair becomes more bouncy having a brown shade. But this is a little risky to have a grey or white hair growth.
